@quadzilla709 No, you don't. That server was shut down. It turns out that the owner is a lying, cheating, fraud. He copied another server's setups and used them as his own to get donations, then abandoned ship when a lawsuit came along. I have brought several of the old members together and am helping some to build a new server. Message me if you want me to tell you the address once it's up.

@medibbs Which player are you? As it turns out, Mic (the owner) actually copied a lot of the plugin data and forum content from Herocraft, so there was a copyright lawsuit that shut AoV down immediately. It's really sad... Everyone feels backstabbed by Mic. :/ Anyway, none of us like Herocraft (stealing is okay, there's so much PVP that you can't build, itchy banhammers, careless staff, restrictive setup for the Heroes mod, et cetera), so we're looking at a couple of options for new servers.

I play on this Server and it has been offline for almost 4 days now and there seems to be no sign of it coming back online.

The new map should of been up and running on the 1st of Feb check back then

Furthermore, if you like what you see already, you should certainly come back after the reset (around Feb 1), because we'll have significantly better buildings and scenery, then! (For the record, I'm the mod who volunteered to single-handedly use creative mode to replace every single item that players want to keep through the reset. Find that on another server.)

We have and will have mods that allow players to spice up their gameplay in all sorts of fun ways, but none are gameplay-essential, so

@ivaldi13 players such as yourself could very readily play in a totally vanilla fashion, if that floats your proverbial boat.

Finally, I would like to say that the most appealing factor of our server is its policies; we are strictly anti-griefing (though we allow looting of totally abandoned homes) and have plugins and active mods for prevention and reversion of griefing. Particularly, the HawkEye mod has proven to be tremendously helpful, so griefers stand no chance. Please return and enjoy. ^^

I'm pretty sure that we agree that the pronounciation is up to individual interpretation, but I think that most of us call it "voe-HEE-məs." Don't worry; no one is going to get upset over that. xD

To begin, I agree that our spawn town that the admins made is really nice. If you like that, though, you should see what the server regulars have built, like Taylor's starship and all of yokoso's buildings!
