  • Hmmm. Another Suggestion, how about using transparent plastic bags?

  • Whats the difference in using a square filter like that, or a filter that is circular and screws on? does the same thing right?

  • @Kelnosha Square filter is easier to control, for example, you can change ND grad. filter position and change where the darkest area of the filter is. It's way easier and more flexible than circular. In my opinion, circular ND grad filter are horrible, don't buy, square are way better and easier to use!

  • @LadiesWithCameras move the lens to focusm?whaaat? i think he presses the button and the lens focuses.... but thats no secret...

  • 4:36 OMG ... a theft intrusion !

  • How do you move the lense to focus, if you are taking sport pictures? What if you are using a 400mm lens? Can you help me?

  • I heard even weather sealed camera the rubber wears out over time. I read that about one of the Sanyo water proof cameras. They said the rubber was only good up until a year before you should replace the seals.

This is a good idea the only thing is it safe to take a non weather sealed camera out in the super cold weather?

  • Noooo she didn´t!!

  • thumbs up for the assistant removing the bucket :D

  • Plastic Bags For the Win, Work just as good as anything. Dropped my camera In mud, lenses, shot in pouring rain... Without a weather sealed body either, totally submerged into a river. Canon's rugged, and so are the plastic bags :P Cheap too :D

  • I'm thirteen, I have no idea what polarizing means, what the different filters do, the definition of Depth of Field " DOF" I have no idea anything is about this. I want to be a pro photographer but I don't know what anything means!!!! I don't know what aperture is, what different lenses will do!!! Please help. Is there like a photographers dictionary???

  • @KyleHarrelson You can find most of the basic stuff on the internet but you'll find books to be more complete in all areas. The best way to learn is taking lots of pictures throught several years with a manual camera, preferably an SRL all the while reading and perhaps, getting in touch with actual photographers.

  • @KyleHarrelson Start off by learning how to use proper ISO, Aperture, and Shutter speeds. That is the most important. In a nutshell, Aperture is like the pupil of your eye, which opens and closes to control the amount of light in the photo. ISO is the sensitivity to light, and shutter speed is like your eyelid lol. All of these things go hand in hand and changing these settings can greatly change the mood and colors in your photo. Good luck!

  • cool vid. Can I just point out that if it is raining and you have a bag covering your camera make sure your hands are dry before touching your camera. I had an issue couple weeks ago where camera was covered but my hands got wet. Water got into the shutter button and camera stopped working. It did dry out after a few days but the days shoot was ruined.

  • the Pelican bag rocks! I thing i'll sell the Crumpler bag that i have and i'll order the Pelican 1510!

  • if i take my t1i out in the rain does that mean it wont get hurt at all?

  • @Thebesofthebest1

Seriously, T1i or any Rebel EOS is a really bad Idea to take out in rain. If you have 40D, 50D, 60D(I think), or 7D or 1D or 1DS series, they are better since they have weather proofing especialy the 1Series which have complete weather proofing and I belive they are good enough for drizzles. But taking T1I or T2I or any camerea with out weather proofing is really bad idea.
