  • PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO HELP ME: im doing a diet thing now i lose 4 kilo in like 11 days, but i want the ask if im doing good i dont eat nothing and drink only water and im eating onlyy dinner not muchh and then like 30 minutes after that im going to workout in my room a step fitness thing and every time 990 calories im burning

  • I've been wanting to get in shape, but i dont have any of the weights or anything. What can i use in place of those that i would be more likely to have at home?

    HASfit has a bunch of workouts that do not require any weights, for example check out the Coach Kozak's Famous Cardio Kickboxing Workout. If you want to make your own weights, then I'd suggest either using canned food or water bottles. You can fill the water bottles with water or sand. Just make sure you have equal weight in each hand! Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
