To me, Joe was easier when I faced him in set one in Stargazer Colluseum. (spelling?)

The reason why is because I had to use a rental pass in Gateway Colluseum. In the Stargazer Colluseum, I didn't have to use a rental pass.

Sunset is not as difficult as the pain in the ass Neon. but fighting this guy and his starters, Rotom helped me alot. There is a pass with Rotom in in it, it has a good moveset on it.

His outfit is extemely reminiscent of Steven Stone, but there are some differences. Steven wears a full tie, he has purple zigzags running up his vest, as oposed to blue diamonds. He also has metal "armbands", and wears multiple (silver) rings on at least one of his hands, whereas Joe only seems to wear one gold one. Though, it`s quite possible he was based on Steven. xD  Either way, they`re both awesome, and they`re both smart dressers.
