You better add the powerless poor and trusting white people to their menu. All they do is to keep people ignorant and patriotic. I understand they are now using this toxic stuff to build golf courses for unsuspecting golf lovers. How loving!

It does not matter what you say about coal fact is it keeps your lights on even in the TVA areas. Clean Coal don't really matter to me I say burn it till its gone then burn the natural gas. Not until then. I will agree with one thing and one only that is strip mining needs to be managed better no reason to loose mountain tops to the extreme that it is going on. however deep coal mining keep on going keep on going til the last block.

Well I have to say that this is all wrong, my dad and uncles are on the cleanup site, they had to make sure it was safe for them to come in and clean this mess up, and they were stopped in March to wait on paper work to be signed. Get all your facts straight on this!!!! My dad was working December 30th and worked 7/12's all the way through March on this clean and is going back to finish it this wk they had to stop the cleanup to wait on paper work.

For a week after this happened, the TVA was claiming that there was nothing in the water or air harmful to humans. Thousands of dead fish? It was the cold weather according to their "experts". Our state government sent our own people down there and they found a lot of nasty stuff in the water.
