you look alot better then your first vid, still throw your hooks a little wide but if your just hitting the bag for a good workout then its perfect, if you box or do mma or something then i would advise to work on keeping the hands up when you throw hooks, nice job man you got some sweet vids

@TEJOIS2COOL4U That's pretty good. Its better than 9 out of 10 13yr olds. I used to bench 130 10 sets of 15. The most i benched when i was 13 was prob about 200. and it fell on my chest the 3rd time. Don't bench so young tho, trust me. your not physicality mature yet!

In this 2 min 14 sec I believe you threw about 190 punches. Working up a sweat on the heavy bag is a good way to keep the fat off, and keeps you primed to fight in case you ever need to. Why did you take off the gloves later on? To toughen up your hands, or get the feel for a bare nuckles fight? Just wondering...
