  • If that is a tatoo on your'e right arm, it looks like you got 3rd degree burn or a bad bruise! SUCKS!

  • how about pouring some water on the ground??? vote it up plz ... its very important... for some

  • dude your friends a fucking retard that doesn't understand how a level works let him believe whatever he wants he's the one that looks like a jackass... nuff said

  • shoot it with laser transit.

  • Where abouts is this place, Iv looked for it before and haven't found it

  • tell me, if water will flow uphill too (and it will, you can test it yourself), what would your spirit level show? ;) My point is, water would be affected and be pulled up as well. So your spirit level proves nothing at all ;) It's like putting a magnet near the compass and claiming north is where that magnet is :)

PS. I am not saying it cannot be an optical illusion, it can and probably is, I am just saying that spirit level cannot show that if it was really magnetic hill. ;:)

  • killjoy haha

  • The intro says it all?

    What's that then?

"I'm a terrible and horrible singer, who can't stop swearing, and the quality of my videos make your eyes want to barf."?

  • too bad for the shitty english accent, i was expecting someone from the region to explain that...

  • its still interesting if its an optical illusion

  • @shorts if? its been clearely shown to be an optical illusion, ive seen explanations of it by residents back in the 1800s who knew it was an optical illusion, im suprised any modern human being can actually think theres something magnetic about this hill... The principles of perception are scientific, and they explain this in fine detail, theres no question its an illusion... (im from Moncton, anybody form there who claims its supernatural are considered to be retards)

  • to test it for real you need to get a gps altitude reading from bottom and top of the hill

  • if it really is a gravitational phenomena then a spirit level is not gonna prove anything

  • and if you put your car at the bottom in nuetral it will go up the hill pretty fast and its real dont believe this guy next time i go to hamilton ill tap it and post it on you tube for you all to see plus ill have someone go down it on a skate board while the car goes up it

  • its not a fucking illusion there is one on hamilton ontario thats really steep and i can ride my skate board down it because its so steep and

  • Thanks mate!

Happy to see some rational people still exist on the planet.

  • it all started when some people were rolling barrels "up" a hill and they started rolling on their own this is because the hill is actually 10 feet above you. (the guy running the hill told me.)

  • My mother and father visited me in college and I took them the to the famous tourist trap, the Mystery Spot (in Santa Cruz, CA). My mother was wide-eyed and impressed by the supernatural-ness of the whole thing, while my father and I almost got kicked out of the tour for being Those Sad Sacks who ruin all the phenomena fun. It almost ruined their trip. Btw, my mom was a microbiologist, my dad's chemist, and I'm a drum player, so there's no telling who's gonna love the junk science.

  • is this the one in moncton

  • no its in australlia

  • no, its not

  • Comment removed

  • why is the sound on this video so messed up

  • HEY I THINK EVERYONE KNOWS ITS AN OPPTICAL ILLOSION BY THE WAY WHY IS THE SOUND SOOOO MESSED UP ITS REALLY CREEPER THEN THE MAGNETIC HILL THING !!!! i have seen real magnetic hills on youtube and thats not a magnet its how the hill is built!!!

  • Fools even a world renown physics professor can't even answer this simple Magnetic Hills problem... you know what if it was as simple as horizontal and brain misconception then why the hell my cars went straight up when my H/B line snap while I was peeing on the side of the road ? and I happen to have difficulty chasing the car because I never ran to UPHILL ! Never a normal person exercising himself running to uphill... Ever !

  • this is located in moncton new brunswick canada

  • just let him believe it man! and if he believes in santa let him believe in him too

  • lol at 2:31

  • Can I ask what happened to your right arm? Looks like a pretty bad bruise.

  • Hmmm yeah its a tattoo

  • Ride a bike, or just coast along the road, going up hill, and see if you pick up speed.

  • ya..probably that would work..but we have another prob, guess wat ? Assuming that there is a supernatural force pulling us uphill, we would get the same result ...an increase in speed....lol..you get my point ?

  • Well, odds are that it's not a supernatural force. There are hundreds of "magnetic hills" around the world. Odds are much greater it's just merely an illusion caused by the horizon and our brain.

  • well..i havnt seen any...but i heard about many so called supernatural magnetic hills....ya..i agree that they are just illusive...thats it

  • ive been there too and we did the same thing the car went up the hill on its own but if you look at the power lines they are being pushed to the side or something like that from the gravity i dont know whats up with that but i noticed that right away thats something you guys should look at too

  • i did it on my bike, skateboard, car, i live here in moncton, it is an optical illusion yes, but why does it look that way, what makes it the illusion. you can call it bullshit all you want, still looks that way, how come?

  • this isn't in america, it's one in perth.

and it's an illusion caused by objects along the roadside and to do with the horizon. can't say i understand it fully.

  • its in moncton new brunswick

  • The bubble doesn't lie!

  • its an optical illusion!

  • its an optical illusion

  • i reckon that bloke that drove past you in the white landcruiser should have waited till you were out on the road

  • a spirit level isnt effected by magnets air is less dense that water, so the air bubble will allways rise to the highest point of the water.

  • if it was magnetic,

if you were wearing a studded belt

would you get pulled up? :S

  • Im from Australia is true there`s one near Sydney that has this House at the top of the hill. best way for it to work is with a tennis ball.

  • fales!,i live on magnetic hill, its the rock in the mountan, its magnetic!

  • its an optical illusion, if you make a car out of paper, it works the same way

  • right....

  • look it up on wikipedia, i'm a frantic researcher on anything i dont understand lol. i went to magnetic hill in the isle of man and i couldn't draw out any logical explanation so i surrendered and looked it up, it's got something to do with the angle of the slope, but sierously look it up.

  • dude, this is in Moncton! not Main!

  • i said 'man' not mainm the isle of man is la isla del hombre in panama. it has a magnetic hill and, as i said, it's an optical illusion

  • Well this wasn't a proper approach to prove a gravitational anomaly

for a spirit level will always be affected by gravitation!

It ought to be done either with a GPS or a sensitive altimeter.

  • This is funny!.. There's a similar place in the UK though not sure where, perhaps someone could enlighten me. You need a series of gradients like a steep downhill followed by a less steep section (looks downhill), then followed by a steep downhill again. the surrounding terrain must also work in conjunction with the road gradients. When all put together you get a real good 'downhill' illusion. Notice the telegraph pole - it's perpendicular to the road, the road is downhill!

  • I believe it's on the Isle of Man somewhere, nickthesafe.

  • It's not even in neutral if you go to time 3:55 and 3:56...

  • offcourse it is! what are you looking at?

  • "are you scared? Do you want to hold hands?" hahahaha

  • lmao a full fukin moon

  • LIARRRRR!!!!!! u crushed my dreams of visiting there

    :(

  • why dont you pour some water or take a piss on the road the water will tell you which waty is down hill!

  • That's NOTHING compared to the inlcine of the magnetic hill in Oklahoma. (Springer) One Vermont and Pioneer Road. It's DEFINITELY not an illusion there. And you guys sure like the f word.

  • If the weird gravity affects the car...wouldnt it effect the spirit level too? ie. make the spirit level give the wrong read out.

  • Wow, your smart dumbass.

  • You would bug him more if you made a mess in his very organized apartment..lol Instead of making fun of his accent.

  • AND USE PROPER LANGUAGE ON CAMERA

  • HAHAHAH phony u were going downhill the whole time
