I don't know the exact rule in the Talmud (or wherever its written), but all I know is the cows MUST be consious when they are slaughtered. The animal can not be stunned or rendered unconscious in any way for it to qualify as Kosher. Maybe someone who knows more about Judeism could articulate on this.

This beef plant has poor supervision, USDA and Plant's Quantity Control have strict regulations when it comes to humane handling. People who work here are not stupid horrible people. They are all hard workers and trying to support their families. People to be proud of.

This is horrible! This is one of the many reasons I do not eat meat. I by no means hate people that eat meat. I am the only one in my family that does not. But if you do eat meat you should really know how it gets to you're plate. And know that these animals have suffered and you don't give it a second though. Everyone says we where meant to eat meat, but I don't think it was sopposed to be like this.

@normalguyable According to Obama, its not a Christian nation. Anyway, Christians aren't the worst when it comes to torturing livestock, try reading about how Kosher meat is slaughtered. I don't know the exact rule in the Talmud (or wherever its written), but all I know is the cows MUST be consious when they are slaughtered. The animal can not be stunned or rendered unconscious in any way for it to qualify as Kosher. Maybe someone who knows more about Judeism could articulate on this.

The worlds gone mad, there is no such thing as humane handling into a slaughterhouse, as soon as you start to round up a cow and haul it into a truck it becomes stressed. When they get it to the slaughterhouse the cow senses what is happening and is stressed more.
