No he is singing in Vonlenska which translates as hope-language or hopelandic. It is a gibberish language which no meaning in itself it just follows a few general rules of Icelandic as far as accepted sounds/phonemes. They have only one song with English in it named "All Alright".

Yeah it is technically Untitled 4 on the album " ( )" Nothing on the album has words on it and the little booklet has space for you to write your own meaning for songs as it is sung in the gibberish language vonlenska/hopelandic. The name Njosnavelin/The Nothing song comes from a set of names the band used just to know what they were rehearsing lol. Hard to say "let's practice ______" as they didn't know the order and thus number before the album was released.
