You need to get a higher leveled friend/player who done Shilo Village quest and who still have Bone key.

All other parts of Quest level 3 skiller can do by him/herself.

You two go to the chamber where you fight those monsters and your friend kill it to like 5hp and than you ring recoil it.

The fight by itself is easy - but getting to the chamber is quite a pain :P.
