As for the death penalty as I'm English I can't really judge how things are in the US but the way I see it is if it kills just one wrongly accused man it is a terrible idea. However I do feel that the sentences for murder (in England at least) are too lenient. Alas thats merely my opinion :P

Stone them to death with pot...and not the kind you get money out of in Zelda! Executing innocent people (especially in ways that look painful to public) would deter as much as guilty ones. They don't kill all the people they say will be executed because of the big delay between sentencing and carrying out so AJ is 50% right.
