check ur sources, in the first month that the ps3 was out it sold three times more than the xboxs' first. yes, the xbox has been out longer, and its a shame that thats the case because the only reason why people dont buy a ps3 is because they bought an xbox first and are too tight to buy a ps3.

To be fair you can say the same about the 360. What is the 360s most played game? CoD(Run and gun), then we agree on halo and gears. Ok, I had a 360 for over a year now, and I am a big fan of the Halo series and all those other great games. But just a few days ago I had my birthday, and got the PS3 MGS4 bundle. I have to say that After beating the game, I can easily say that it is the best game I have ever played. No game has ever got me so into it. The storyline is epic. Both consoles are great. But I have to give the PS3 a A+++++ on this.
That is pretty awesome to hear! I have had my 360 for about a year now and my friends launch model just RROD on him. Since I have been looking at the PS3 and realizing that it doesn't cost that much more than the 360 and in a years time will be in the same place the original XBOX was in when it was against the PS2.
But there is no way it will be able to compete with the online experience that is on the 360 (you pay for it for a reason), and it is worth every penny. That is holding me back.
It has a fantastic story and the gameplay is definitely better than most other games. The game is also much deeper than it appears with loads of collectable items and easter eggs which means this game and all the others in the series have great replay value.
dude every game thats for ps3 should work on every ps3 doesn't matter if it's 20,40,60 or 80gb.And yes ur 40gb might have a defect if it doesn't work.Get it returned or repaired.I did had the same problem with my 60 gb but i got it returned.

haha, u couldn't play it for 10 days? sounds like an issue to me. on the ps3 that wouldn't happen in the first place. ur xboxs' life expectancy is about a year, whereas the ps3 is about 10 - 15 years with proper care. my old ps2 lasted 7 years and my old xbox broke within 2 months. if u want to buy an xbox then be my guest but keep in mind that my ps3 will keep on running when urs is being recycled.

Personally I don't like MGS4. I do have it but got bored a few hours in. It isn't a patch on MGS1 or MGS2. Killzone really isn't my thing either. I have the PS3 mainly as a DVD/Blu-Ray player which it does fantastically. I do admit though it is a sleek console, and in time when some more AAA games are out for it, it will be a top console.
You slut! ps3 has soo much better graphics because of its new blu ray discs, they can hold so much more data than 360's can so they can carry more pixels and information on the games graphics.

What 360 exclusives does 360 have that are "best sellers"? There best exlcusive is Gears and even Reistance 2 on ps3 is better than that.

It takes up 7 gigs. The CD does most of the work. But since it's a unique game. You need videos and flashbacks so it goes on the hard drive.
