KXMA-TV (CBS 2) Dickinson, ND & KXMB-TV (CBS 12) Bismarck, ND also KXMB-DTV (CBS 23) are signing off that night until tomorrow morning. The Tape of the National Anthem performed by Sandi Patti was gone awry a little bit as the color bars are different as the test pattern's color bars and tones.
