Thats actually how this dish should be made but most people cook the rice and goat seperately throughout and only mix it in the end.Traditionally this IS a BAKED dish and under the circumstances and available "tools" the uploader has done well.Thanx .I just want to ask u how much should the rice be cooked ? I mean fully cooked or just about how many minutes and how many whistles for the goat before finally mixing and placing in the oven and for how long in the oven and under what temperature?
