Who are some of your guitar influences? when you go to play those open chords at 00:25 I can hear some Clarence White :)

Surely you jest... :-)

I came up with the main phrase doodling around with the ending of Supertramp's "Give a Little Bit." At 00:25, it's just some filler based around a C9 and A7... just chords that sound nice together and give me a percussive bass note.

As for influences, I'd say this is somewhere between the Beatles and Jimmy Buffet, both big faves of mine.
