only thing i never did understand about this game, by the standards of Greek mythology there are 2 gods of war, Athena, and Hero-something (i mean really they re-use the naming style for the male gods so often xD) so how the hell did kratos happen? is he the redneck offspring of the god of strategy and god of brutality?

Zeus would turn into whatever form he wanted to make love with any creature, and would often appear before women as the suitor of their dreams, impregnate them, and then go, "By the way, you're going to have a child of the gods. See-ya!" and return to Mount Olympus to a less-than-approving Hera.
