  • A week ago, I started week 1 once a day. Now I'm doing that as the warm up for week two! I have are hard time making time to work out, but your short workouts will help me build up to an hour a day so I can do my P90X workouts again, thanks!

  • I see what you are getting at. Something you can do in a small space like your bedroom, but it looks more like a warmup if you add some dynamic stretching. I prefer doing TABADAs for my cardio. They are quick, intense, and get good results. You have some good stuff on here and are a beast. What kind of diet are you on?

  • I've got to admit it, before I've started watching some of these fitness videos on youtube, it has never occured to me that this is a way to lose fat; I would instead just go scramble or hike a 3000 meter mountain with 15-20 km approach for 12 hours during which time I would spend 4-8000 calories for sure. That was the only thing in my book.

  • @AlexJC1998 Yes...you do week one for the first week....week 2 for the 2nd week and so on. I think it goes up to Week 14. But he also has other workout videos too!

    Right now I'm looking to define my chest, on the outside towards my armpits. Do you think this will help? If not can you recommend something? Respond when you get a chance!!

  • I suggest you purchase a camera so that people can see your entire body and know what to do with their lower body as well. I also suggest a tank top, my husband and I own a personal training studio and he doesn't go topless to show his muscles. I am not hating on you at all I just wanted to give you a few tips. Keep up with your dreams of helping people achieve their fitness goals. Maybe we'll see you on national television one day!!

    hope you check out my more recent clips. you sometimes have to crawl before you run... these clips in the beginning was the only way i could express myself... I think my camera, editing, and wardrobe has improved... and will continue...think I'm up to a fast walk now...with the production of things...

  • week one was not enough challenge after doing this for 2 rounds then a break then another 2 rounds with only about 25 pushups and a few crunches i feel great...thanks bro

  • @busterboxer86 smart way to add intensity... keep finding the smart way to challenge your body daily... use my more recent clips...these weekly cardio clips were made for the severely obese...~~ahmad

  • this is actually a really good work out, i do it twice in a row though, just because im used to a little more of a work out, but its really good!

  • Did week four 3 times than week two...wow! Good stuff...much more fun than working on a machine for 25 mins. Thanks!! Short videos keep the work out interesting and I always feel like I can mix and match your videos. Now...I'm off to do one of your ab workouts :-)

  • @makingthebest09 Great!! I did your Navy Seals ab workout last night before I went to bed...I couldn't make it past the Ab Circles but I sure did feel it this morning. In addition to your videos I've dropped my calorie intake to 1200 ca/day.  I am feeling stronger and I've already lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks!! Thank you Ahmad and hopefully I'll feel up to sending you a before/after pic by the summer! My goal is to drop 30 lbs and to tone up!

  • This is the second week of me working out with these vids. I've also watched my eating habits. ( In the beginning 6ft "3inchs ,/Male/ 15 Years old / 190 pounds) After week one and a half of week two, (working hard and watching what I eat) Ive dropped 9 pounds.   • @Prateekthecoolguy Go run around your neighborhood until you're really tired, then force yourself to run back home as much as possible, when you get home do ab exercises. (look some up on youtube) The purpose of this is cardio + weights/core exercises are what build muscle and get rid of fat. Without cardio you won't lose fat. The problem I see with a lot of people is the lack of motivation once they THINK they can' run anymore. I suggest putting on some music that motivates you and gives you

  • @damnu93 using a dumbbell is not bad i work out alot... the thing is ur 15 doing a 30 pound dumbbell idn if strong or weak but if u feel your using ur back alot when lifting that dumbbell (you know like lean ing back to lift it) u should stop and use lighter weights and build your way up but if ur fine then yeee keep going youyr amrs will be strong b4 u kn ow it

  • I wanted to say thank you for the great sessions. It's all straightforward and no BS.

    I started the year out near 270 pounds. Through calorie control and exercise, I've gone down to 235 according to the doctor's scale (home scale says 225 ;) I'm looking to drop another 25 and finally be in my BMI range. Doing week 1 and 2, I know your videos are the ticket. Again, thanks a million.

  • @imike1534 slow down your movements...for the first few sessions go at have the speed and really work on your form...

  • its been 2 days now since ive been doing cardio n it helps me a lot.although 2 wks prior to my exercise, ive been taking oxyelite pro n it helped me burn more calories. ill def try this method. thanks for posting this!!

This has hyped me up for posting some videos on my progress, I've been vegetarian since I was 7, now I'm 20 and turned vegan on the 1st, years of cheese munching has turned me a bit chubby. :) Any advice?   • @777arbi777 I'm trying to be... I would suggest doing your resistance training first...quick...within 15 mins...then spend the remaining time doing the cardio clips...combine a few weeks...pre load them... so you have little rest time.~ahmad

  • hey Ahmad, i love your weekly specials. now i take out my frustration of boredom by doing these exercises you've given your time to, for us. the thing is, i am unable to do it daily to college schedules. so is it fine, if i skip a day or 2-3?

    also, there is this chunk of belly fat i have; which week of cardio do you think will benefit me most then? i've finished week 1 with ease. week 2 is really something else! and i have a slight lower back problem, which hurts when i do week 2. so?

  • ouch. week 2 turned out to be so much tougher that the first. I've been doing week 1 for 7 times, every day, and now this workout totally exhausted me in like 15 min.

  • way better alternative to the conventional way of cardio workouts. will definitely keep to this that running on a treadmill or biking.
