I have the radio shack pro-197 that is a GRE America PSR-600 can win500 program work for it also? and have you used it if it will. i you have let me know you might know the problem Im having with the remote server sound. thanks

@geoff085201 Jefferson Parish uses the Apco 25 system//Latie system. All digital system. The virtual software I'm using is called ARC 500.
