Newbie Tips: Basic Skills in Second Life

i am new to second life and i have a basic account. i am having trouble modifying my avatars apperance. i have looked in to it and they said to right click and pick apperance. but its not even giving me the option for apperance. moreover i purchance something online and i dont see it in my inventory. i tryed to contact someone but its like navigating thru a maze. please help.

@halfgoodhalfevil yes i did, you have to right click on your avatar and chose "edit shape” once you do that and series of options will appear to the right side of your screen. if you look closely you will see that there are a series of taps under neath “body” you can modify head eyes and so forth. if you have any more questions let me know.

why dont u tell us how to get some money? i spend too much money for sl and now i cant even buy lindens in any way! i have to camp and that takes really too much time....

get a job as a DJ, dancer, escort, event host, builder, designer, or whatever u can think of.

umm there is a place called the acid rain store that has some the of the best camping in sl

its 10min.=2l$ but you have a limited camp time of 120min.
