after reaching level 9 in the game, you'll get the Ascension quest, which allows you to gain your wings and become a sacret Deava.

well, so it is during the beta test plays.

i don't know if they're going to change that when the game officially comes out.

though i don't they'll change it.

there is PVP and there is a WHOLE world called Abyss where high levels meet designed espicially for Player virsus player..one another good thing in this game is that it has a 3rd NPC faction that exists to balance the control power of each faction
