Creating a mod!

Hey im thinking of creating a mod, first of i need to know what i need, Im 13 years old, So not experianced, but its worth a try, i have a DDS coverter, 911 and ZModler, but how do i put onto the game ect?

you need dds converter to convert pics then aedit them with any picture editing software then re convert them again

You need to have the game, Use DDS converter to convert images so you can edit them and you need zmodeler to model vehicles houses etc..

*yes the same.. I frst started the Police version. after the normal helicopter was converted to Coast Guard. then, after i made it to the Police too, it was made to the army (in a proper way)..now one can make the police version again wiith proper & full Operating helicopter and ropes

in multiplayer you work as a team with a maximum of another 3 players.

the ropes are supposed to be on the side not the middle

the rope is on the side. maybe you didnt see it clear because of the angle of the helicopter.

The L.A. Mod creator managed to create an original script which allows 2 officers to come down. with 2 ropes on the side. hopefully it will be released in the new L.A. mod version

The helicopter is from LA mod. it only have the skin edited. to use it like that you must have the game and install the Los Angeles Mod.
