Need help with a 2009 chevrolet cobalt

Question...Did the switches get rain on them or wet for that matter?

and two...Have you pulled out the Switch cluster out and look for loose wiring?

Theory #-1...As you drive down the road the wire sways back and forth making contact.

Theory #-2...As you drive down the road water in the cluster sways back and forth making short circuit contact or something.
