According to the AA website...the song is "Pulse of life" by Anika Moa. They say "there are no plans to release the song commercially."

I just watched Avatar today, and this advert played before the movie started.
I. MUST. KNOW. WHAT. THIS. SONG. IS.
It's so nice and it's stuck in my head, whirling round and round but no matter how many times I Google the lyrics, I come up with no matches @.@

Read in an AA magazine (winter 2008) that Anika Moa had sung a song for an AA campaign...don't know if this is her but it said someone else wrote it?
