I will support tonight's efforts, but why hasn't our government seriously declared war on cancer, which is more a threat to all than terrorism or the economy etc.? We put a man on the moon in a decade, and committed our tax dollars to it. Why don't we cure cancer in a decade with tax dollars rather than all that's spent on defense? I was on a airplane last October coming back from NC to California & a soldier was returning home from Iraq the flight attendant came in coach where we were, asked him to follow her... they put him in first class. I think my son is the boy you are referring to, HHWC....he is actually in the water, splashing (you get a slight glimpse of him in the 26th second.) He had cancer, and battled for 3.5 years...through very tough times.

I hope that this group decides to add pediatric cancers to their funding recipients...kids have far less research, get much more treatment, than adults.
