  • Cheese Eh?

  • if it does then please let me know how it does!! cause i bought the same thing you have on there!! and i don't see 700 calories!!

  • @mrbadboy5o

Just add up all the ingredients used. If you are only getting 360 calories then you must be using small wraps, etc. The ones that I have there is 195 calories in just the wrap alone, then add in the extras... Banana 120. Peanut butter 300. Cheese slice 80. That brings it up to 695 calories. If you want to hit 700, just gob on an extra dab of peanut butter LOL

  • @leemhayward lol oh! ok i see just took alook at my wrap its only 130 calories and i did'nt know peanut butter had that much calories! i guess its about 150 calories per scoop! i see! thanks man i eat about 3 a day! is that enough!

  • i tried it and its really good but i was looking at the calorie in take and to me it does'nt match up to 700 calories! the most is 360 in this snack wrap!

  • this is high calorie?

  • Lee must be tolling with this! Cheese on banana?

  • ima buy this first thing tomorow

  • Great idea!

  • Thank you man...I really like it---in 2 moths I gained 7 Ibs with this, I use to eat it EVERY day 2 time-Morning and Before bed ---thanks a lot buddy (:

  • @MrAmericanboss

Good for you, it's amazing how just a simple addition like this is exactly what your body needed to push it into a caloric surplus for growth.

  • @MrAmericanboss Eating this before bed is not the most clever thing to do because it contains a lot of carbs which is not the proper way to feed your body before bed time. Your body needs protein, slow ones. Eat a can of tuna along with some nuts and a glass for milk. The best way!

  • Just did this with slices of Black Diamond Matble block cheese. Was very good but I think I put to much peanut butter on. Downed a bottle and a half of water with it. I love Natural PB but damn, I am afriad I am gunna choke on this stuff one day haha.

  • cool :)

  • Is it just me or does it look like a dildo wrapped with a tortilla?

  • Your snack wrap should have been opened already for the shoot, shouldn't it. LOL. Just pulling your chain. Love the vids

  • Buggin!

  • man im not at all an expert, but wouldn't real cheese be better then cheese slices? the processed slices are usually high in sodium as opposed to the real cheese slices

  • @runnerkidpunk

Sure, you can use real cheese if you like. I know some folks are boggled by the PB and cheese combo, but it's actually pretty darn good :-)

  • @leemhayward well at least you didn't use ketchup bro lol. Now THAT is what creeps me the hell out about people...err inappropriate food use with ketchup I mean. I do like ketchup but when people use it with eggs or bananas...yuck. ;-/

  • @leemhayward This tastes great!

  • This doesnt look to appetizing xD, Id rather mix up peanut butter, milk, and bananas into a blender

  • Lee, I just got home from football practice. I walked in the kitchen, and I saw where mom bought bananas. So I made the wrap, I love the combo. the cheese really set it off good, it was great. I ate 2!

  • i was cool with this until you said cheese....

  • i was cool with this untill you said cheese....

  • When I pump up my calories I've noticed my skin gets a lot worse. Is there anyway around that for people who are acne prone?

  • the answers probably no, but, im allergic to peanuts. Are there any alternatives to peanuts you might suggest?

    Thanks leem

  • @sasquachhh

    Try using almond butter instead.

  • @sasquachhh

LMAO his name is Lee, not Leem

  • This is great ! My uncle showed me a similiar sandwich 40 years ago, I am a fast oxidizer, therefore a little high strung at times, he thought this was good for my blood sugar levels. We made a sandwich from , (1 ) 2 pieces homemade bread (2) 1 banana (3) 1 scoop peanut butter (4) 2 slices cheddar cheese and lastly (5) 1 Tblsp of Native(local) honey. Eating honey local to your area ,has been known to help with some allergies as well.

  • Awesome idea

  • You guys can use your brains to substitute the damn cheese..

    Great vid lee

  • wut can i ue to replace the cheese thats also high in calories becuase that mix didnt go so good for me lol

  • @iwriteNESO

If you don't like cheese, then don't eat cheese... It's a simple as that. The purpose of this video was just to show some quick high calorie snack ideas that don't require any cooking and very little prep time.

  • LEE Anything you could substitute the cheese with?? cheers

  • Ugh dude what is this fear factor. Lol

  • peanut butter, banana, and cheese. Never thought i would see that combination in a tortilla wrap.

  • Hey Lee, tried this today, perfect for breakfast lololol!

could you please list how many protein, carb and fat has it got on this? thanks

  • @yanisa852

The best thing to do here is look on the labels of the wraps, peanut butter, cheese slices, etc. that you are using and simply add up the numbers. Different brands may have different numbers. But the ones I used for the wrap in this video contained approx: 30 grams of protein, 70 grams of carbs, and 30 grams of fat.

  • @leemhayward hey lee have you ever heard of the book eat right for your type? essentially the premise deals with eating foods that are inherit to our ancestry based on our blood type. Fore ex, im type o, so no wheat gluten. Would you consider those kinds of books/diets useful?(especially in bodybuilding?)

  • Awkward enough I want to try this :). I tried making your preteine bars earlier, but it didnt workout.

So I will try this later this week, need to get some wraps. I'll post it whenever I have done it.

    Great vid.

  • Lee whats your thoughts on those high calorie mass builders that come in the tubs that look like protein ones?

  • I just made one of these after coming home from the gym.

I took my 2 scoop gold standard whey shake (mixed with milk), then one of these bad boys, and a glass of milk. Such a great meal, feel extremely full and energetic even after my workout!

Only thing i didn't like was how friggin chewy it was xD, but it was delicious.

  • just tried it there, its not all that bad, kinda weird with the cheese and banana

  • @juanuqz9292

I use a N.O. pre-workout energy supplement as well. The one I use is Extreme Rush by BlueStarMuscle*com

it's ok to take this before your workouts and protein supplements afterwards.

  • @leemhayward thanks lee, once again providing us with some useful ideas. Just made it and it was delicious but for me 2 spoons does it because 3 spoons is two sweet!

  • Its a lot of mass adding supplements like amplified mass and monster mass which do u suggest

  • DUDE, banana and cheese :L

  • hey lee, i'm allergic to PB:( what can i replace?

  • I have 10 days left in my cutting cycle...I've cut 13 pounds this month. A lot is from your input! Back to bulking afterwards, I have been using my flax-seed natural PB for awhile and it is awesome. I haven't had this wight the wrap, mostly on the rice cakes with them. Can't wait to try it!

  • Lee eating stuff like this does not let me cut out I do alot of cardio and still can not cut. Should I just get bigger in muscle would that help me cut out

  • Lee I have a question about the natural pb.Do you store it in the fridge or outside the fridge? I find that when I leave it in the fridge for a while it gets a bit hard so I have to let it cool off outside for a bit (It's the same brand too lol)

  • Wouldn't putting cottage cheese be a better idea as it's higher in protein?

  • @MetaIhead89

Sure, you could add that. The idea here is just to have a quick high calorie snack that doesn't require any cooking and very little prep time. So cottage cheese could work well.

  • @MetaIhead89 Yeah id put anything but cheddar, just personal preference

  • It was fine until he added the cheese...ewwwwww, lol.

  • If you mix cheese with peanut butter again then I'm unsubcribing !!

  • @cpseasider

PB and cheese actually goes good together, you have to try it to appreciate it :-)

  • @leemhayward When my dad was in the Marines, he told me about how they used to put PB in chicken noodle soup to up the protein and calorie content, so this combo wasn't that unusual for me to see.

  • @leemhayward lee ur a mad man lol

  • might as well throw on some salsa, ice cream, pepperoni and chocolate chips...

  • Hey Leem. I am skinny, always been a hardgainer, and now 38yo. Is it ok to eat this wrap with so many calories and fat at my age? If I were still 19yo, I wouldn't even question eating this. I would just eat it. But now at my age, even though it's still hard to gain weight (muscle), I worry that my metabolism might not be as fast and I am afraid of putting on fat. I want to gain muscle with hardly any fat. Eating lots of calories in your teens and 20s is great, but I worry since I'm over 35.

  • @vidform

Going through high calorie cycles is still the best way to gain muscular bodyweight. I actually cover a complete diet and training cycle program for gaining lean muscular body weight without gaining bodyfat in the 21-Day Fast Mass Building Program. If you are struggling with gaining lean mass it may be worth looking into.

  • wow its hard to believe thats 700 calories lol

  • Trying it right now for brekkie. When I put the cheese on it, I was just thinking to myself 'seriously? do i wanna eat this?' but it reallly works well.

  • ill have it, minus the cheese

  • smart idea man. thnx for the tips....i also have one question... wats da best workout for me cuz i wanna build my chest and im only 14...ive been working out for at least 4 weeks n i am seing results on my arms n triceps n shoulders but my chest isnt as great

  • im mexican, tortillas with peanut butter and banana is just disgusting lol

  • @101thematrix101

I'm Canadian and I think it's pretty darn good :-)

  • @leemhayward ill try it then :D cause i wanna be buff like you ;)

  • I have come to the conclussion that to be a successful body builder you must abandon your taste buds.

  • Comment removed

  • you lost me at the cheese...

  • Think i might have to try it out, better do it soon though before i finish off the peanut butter for bedtime snacks, lol!

  • Okay Lee.

    I'm lovin' the tortilla-peanut-butter-banana combo.

    BUT CHEESE TOO?? GROSS!

  • This is a really good way to gain that extra weight I'm looking for, but I am not a big fan of bananas at all. lol Is there a way to substitute that or any other weight gainers you could suggest? This is still a really good idea, its just that banans aren't agreeable with my taste buds. lol Still willing to give it a shot though. Thanks for the nutrition upload. :-)

  • @UltimateBiosparkX

If you don't like a certain food, than don't eat it... Simple as that. There is no rule written in stone saying you have to eat bananas (unless you are a monkey of course :-)

  • awesome idea man. Love the bulking tips.

Could you share some tips on high calorie intake meals, perhaps on a slice of bread?

  • i why do u need to get fat to build mass? thats alot of fat in that wrap

  • @KillSwitch2170

You don't have to get fat to gain muscle, but you have to be in a caloric surplus. One of the easiest ways to increase your caloric intake is to increase your intake of healthy fats from foods such as natural peanut butter.

  • Hey Leem how many times a day do you recommend to eat that if you want to put on some serious weight and thats less then your 21days?

  • @sinanr86

This would be for one snack during the day, It's just a snack food suggestion, it's not like you have to eat this day in and day out in order to gain size.

  • I usually use a whole wheat wrap, raisins, peanut butter, banana, and honey. Not sure how many calories that is but it's crazy good. I'm 6'2" 200 lbs. I treat food like medicine. Crazy how hard it is to be an ectomorph and love BBing..

  • @mannyvelo

That's another good high calorie snack wrap idea.

  • You should make a Monster Milk review.

  • @myway450

Peanut butter, banana, with salsa and onions... Now that's a f-ed up combo LOL

  • lee, what does it actually mean by bulking up... like adding on fat and muscle at the asme time or only muscle O_o

  • @rerereremixxx

Obviously we strive to gain mostly lean muscle, but in the real world most people will gain a combination of lean muscle, bodyfat, and water weight. It's virtually impossible to gain a pound of solid muscle for every pound of bodyweight gained. That's why bodybuilders cycle between phases of high calorie mass building and lower calorie fat burning.

  • How about adding bacon?

  • @SaintPatrick33

Adding bacon is only for super advanced mass monsters... It would be way too powerful for mere mortals :-)

  • is it a good idea to crush up some cashews into peanut butter ?

  • @drewbiedrewbie

You can buy cashew butter at some specialty food stores. If you want you could use that.

  • I gotta give this a try but just the thought of bananas and cheese together not sure how that will taste

    Chris

  • @mcds87

Try it... if you don't like it you can skip the cheese. It's no big deal.

  • Tks for the natural peanut butter tip! I hate having to stir the container each time I use it...NOT ANYMORE!!!

  • Ok this was actually really good lee. Thanks

  • Instead of adding the cheese, I'm going to drink a little portion of whey protein with water. Shit, 700kcal in 2 minutes, that's sick! Great channel!

  • Holy carbs Batman, bulking or not that's going straight to my ass.

  • @newengland72

Well most of our food ends up heading towards that direction eventually (or at least passes through LOL)

  • i would add some egg whites or chicken breast into that to have more protein.Weird combination u say? NO PROBLEMO for me

  • @freddy692000

You can make all kinds of wraps, this was simply a quick and easy high calorie snack because there is no cooking and very little prep time. But you can get as creative as you like in the kitchen.

  • Holy crap 700 calories. 4 of those and you got 2000+ calories from snacks only xD

  • this looks nice im going to try it

  • the upside down trick is awesome

  • is anyone following the 21 day mass gain program i would just like to know what its like

  • upside down? genius.

  • add peanut butter to anything and it becomes high calorie

also, adding PB turns anything into awesome.

  • Sliced cheese in plastic? what has the world come to...?

  • @martinboson its been like that for as long as i can remember.

  • Mate, I just had peanut butter and cheese on a sand wedge after I watched this.

    It changed my life!!!

  • I've been eating a lot of peanut butter & banana sandwiches with whole wheat bread lately because I heard Jack Lalanne say peanut butter sandwiches were good to help gain weight. I would eat the peanut butter sandwich for a snack but if I still felt hungry I would make a quesadilla after words. I was laughing my ass off when I saw you combine them all in 1 :-D

  • @wastnTIMEwastnTIME

When I was in college and my main goal was "beefing up" I ate peanut butter sandwiches almost everyday for lunch. I used to take 4 PB and Jelly sandwiches, 2 chicken breasts, and a gallon jug of water with me to school every day. Yes people made fun of me, but it worked :-)

  • @leemhayward people always make fun of me for bringing a crap load of food to, haha and i am constantly walking around with a bottle of water in my hand xD, i'm known as the guy with the water bottle hahahahaah

  • @leemhayward This might be off topic a little but I have a couple of questions about creatine which is the best creatine to buy? If you get off of creatine will you lose all of the gains you made on it.Will your muscle be soft and watery when your taking it Im about 6'3 205 and I want to get about 30 pounds of muscle how much creatine should I be taking.and What If I am one of those people that doesnt gain fat when they eat.

  • your forearms look massive lee

  • This is awesome, dude. Any more quick snacks like this?

  • Haha thats the 1st!

Keep up the good work we really appreciate it lee :)

  • cheeeeese?! with PB and banana....disgusting

  • @KingRockets

Try it, it's not that bad actually.

  • @KingRockets eat the cheese on its own then separate from the wrap :P

  • Why the cheese besides more calories

  • @nisarakbari

Each slice of cheese contains 5 grams of protein, it all adds up.

  • i love the simplicity of this! common food products that i already have all in one wrap... heck ill be making this for lunch everyday

  • great idea on the peanut butter!

  • Can't wait to do this in the off season-- thanks lee

  • another creative and...um...weird meal from good ol' Lee. I'll have to give it a try!

  • Normally your meals look delicious, but Lee, this looks.... well disgusting. Nothing on you brother, I just can't imagine putting cheese all up and down my banana.

  • @ClarkDangerDrums agreed... no veggies or "crunchy" materials at all.. i would throw up

some tomatoes or sliced cucumbers or even jalapenoes would make it edible for me

  • @XPokeBreakDanceX

It's all calorie dense food... The large wrap, peanut butter, banana, & cheese... When you add it up it's approx. 700 calories.

  • I will give it a go some time, I am trying out kangaroo meat at the moment.

  • lol i use to eat this as a kid, but not with the chese....

  • @23Adam23

Peanut butter and cheese is awesome, I found out about that combo from a guy I used to go to school with. He always ate PB and cheese sandwiches :-)

  • @leemhayward I have tremendous respect for you, lee, and I have learned from you, but the cheese n peanut butter combo sounds...yuck, man:)

  • @leemhayward i learned that bananas and american cheese go well together from mister roger's neighborhood but now that i'm allergic to dairy i have to omit the cheese :(
