  • The ballet is based on an Italian Gianni Rodar´s famous children's book Il Romanzo di Cipollino ("The Adventures of the Little Onion", 1951), of which Rodari was awarded with the Hans Christian Andersen Award.

  • We just did this ballet and it was sooooo much fun to do but it wasnt quite as good as this... lol. and our cherry was a girl. the variations were almost the same though. man but professer pears double tours were INSANE!!!! he did 8 in a row!! i was a tomato :)
