It would appear YT have backtracked, As from 08-10-09 the 'so this is England 2009' video now appears back on the relevant honours pages, as well as this one.

This all stems from a New Labour quango set up September 2008, to restrict any videos that they themselves deemed inappropriate toward the New Labour cause. Once flagged, the video finds itself onto an "Unsavoury list", which in effect, restricts it's capacity to reach a wider audience, in precisely the way pointed out in this here video.

Such action is "justified" as so called social responsibility, and part of sensible self censorship (the threat being - or we'll make things difficult for yer!). Each year that passes, this country seems to move closer to perpetual a 1984. Its scarry.
