As much as I like Batman I think Iron Man would win, it's just his suit is full of different gadgets and don't think some type of gadget Batman has would disable it because that's happened to Iron Man several time's and he (in most comics/shows) usually finds a solution to make it so it can't happen. Here's the REAL way this fight goes: DC makes a comic called "Dark Knight vs. Iron Man". Batman wins by inventing some gadget that shuts down Iron Man's suit and then kicks Tony Stark's butt. Marvel makes a comic called Iron Man vs. Batman. Iron Man picks up the Batmobile with Batman still inside it, crushes into a cube and throws into a blast furnace. Moral of the story: whoever has their name on the comic wins! (see Iron vs. Hulk x10 - winner depends on who's comic it is!)
Batman always wins in combat and I mean never loses against anyone regardless of their ultimate powers...but Batman is also and ode to Achilles being that he is after all just a mortal. Batman will not die from a the hands of a super being but by a random bullet or accident like Achilles being killed by a random arrow in the heel; which is why Batman's character is the most intriguing.
It's Batman's intellect that makes him "Super". Batman has no limits because he is not defined by organic powers or by a specific gadget or device. Batman can invent anything to counter any power or tech. Granted Tony Stark is a tech genius but Bruce Wayne is an everything genius.

This all depends on one question: can batman break the suit? That thing is the equivalent of an army, and made to resist AT weapons without a scratch. It could turn a normal human like batman to mush with the ease with wich we swat flies. it is, however, the only thing stark has going for him. If bats can crack that nut, he could wail on the soft, squishy insides with impunity. So can he do it?

To all of you out there who thinks Batman can win just by using an EMP need to know this: Iron mans armor consist of a titanium/gold alloy. Gold is very conductive making it a good shield against EMP. Gold is also dense making it a good shield against radiation too.

I'm not a fan of either so i think my judgement would be fair, Batman is a way cooler, more realistic hero with clever gadgets and is more badass, Ironman was a 9/10 Movie, how could batman top that? with a massive 10/10 Dark Night, The only reason i would say Iron man beats batman, is because Iron man "Supposedly" Has an almost Unlimited Energy source which is ridiculous, but if he builds the technology he can power it, so technically speaking he could be better than most Superhero's,Batman few

As much as I like Batman I think Iron Man would win, it's just his suit is full of different gadgets and don't think some type of gadget Batman has would disable it because that's happened to Iron Man several time's and he (in most comics/shows) usually finds a solution to make it so it can't happen. Also he is skilled at boxing so he would have a less chance not in his suit obviously but he mostly is always ready.

Here's the REAL way this fight goes: DC makes a comic called "Dark Knight vs. Iron Man". Batman wins by inventing some gadget that shuts down Iron Man's suit and then kicks Tony Stark's butt. Marvel makes a comic called Iron Man vs. Batman. Iron Man picks up the Batmobile with Batman still inside it, crushes into a cube and throws into a blast furnace. Moral of the story: whoever has their name on the comic wins! (see Iron vs. Hulk x10 - winner depends on who's comic it is!)

Batman always wins in combat and I mean never loses against anyone regardless of their ultimate powers...but Batman is also and ode to Achilles being that he is after all just a mortal. Batman will not die from a the hands of a super being but by a random bullet or accident like Achilles being killed by a random arrow in the heel; which is why Batman's character is the most intriguing.

Listen up people, this is how it a fight between these two would go down:
Batman vs. Iron Man = Iron Man wins (Practically unbreakable armor, flying ability and an arsenal of weapons and projectiles)
Bruce Wayne vs. Tony Stark = Bruce Wayne wins (MMA and hand-to-hand combat expert and perfectionist, and extremely high intelligence)
In other words, Iron Man can defeat Batman ONLY with his suit. Without it, he's basically screwed.

This all depends on one question: can batman break the suit? That thing is the equivalent of an army, and made to resist AT weapons without a scratch. It could turn a normal human like batman to mush with the ease with wich we swat flies. it is, however, the only thing stark has going for him. If bats can crack that nut, he could wail on the soft, squishy insides with impunity. So can he do it?
