@cripslayback shivering isles is a downloadable content, you are not even forced to do it to finish the game, the heir's quest with martin and stuff is the first quest you have "go to weynon priory" then you go to an attacked city, close and oblivion gate, get martin and then idk dude srly just follow the quest xD
