I don't know why, but death metal just doesn't do it for me, I even tried listening to this whole song, which was maybe the best death metal I've ever heard but I was still not liking it.

It just feels to me like the instruments are competing against each other instead of playing a melody.

Anyway, this is not to bash, this is just how I personally feel about Death Metal, everyone has their tastes!

@PurpleXVI After the intro up to 5:13ish is a very true-to-original remix of Nuclear Fusion, and only goes off on its own tangent for a little bit afterwords before getting back on track. I'm not quite sure where the generic riffs are intruding on the original theme, if anything, its just artistic license added to the original. Also, the opening is HELLFIRE MANTLE. It's a pretty good opening.
