i am a Millennial and i work with this old fart baby boomer, and hell he expects me to figure every thing out my self even though i've only been on the job for a couple months
even if there are 2 groups. the US system falls with discipline.
parents cant touch their kids because they think they will go to jail or prosecuted. same with the board of education. students have power in schools instead of teachers and therefore, they become spoiled arrogant lazy young adults. and when they go to college thats where the real boom starts.

She's just describing some traits that our generation has. Of course we aren't going to be the exact same as baby boomers and so on, hell no.
