@marek0086 nope, the amperage is the width of the pipe, which is why you need a circuit with high amperage in order to accommodate a high load, like you want a big pipe to fill a pool vs a cup. and like a tiny stream of water at high pressure,through a tiny hole it shoots over several feet. pressure = voltage. you are thinking of the rate of flow in volume/time, not meters/time, that is wattage. and no only specific voltages.

My coil outputs an average of 8' at full power, and I've touched it at 6' and it'll knock you senseless. I used a metal rod even to prevent from getting a burn. The area from my hand to my shoulder and about an inch in was rather numb for a bit, then ached for some good time after that. Yeah, sure, it won't kill you but it's not fun at all.
