I liked the song better on the show, I know it's the same voice, so I'm not going to be idotic and say Zoie sang the song on the show, (Zoie does sing on the show, but its that awfull wailing and sreaming pasty does in the studio). The version on the show had more spirit and sounded rougher but this being from a soundtrack has been tweeked and changed for release.

K I'm getting sick of the negative comments about Zoey singing this song. Lindsay Robins may have a version of the song - but it doesn't mean she replaced Zoey's vocals. This sounds NOTHING like the version on the show. The real song that is sung by Zoey can be found on the "Related Videos" section on the side. It's the first one from dfnumber21.

I like Zoey's version better, Lindsay Robins has a horrible voice in this song. She sounds like a 12 year old boy who's voice is finally cracking.

Zoie did sing the the version of Shooting Star that she performs as Patsy on stage at "The Chain".

Lindsay's performance is awesome on the original demo and was an obvious influence on the Patsy vers.

I also believe that an earlier episode did play the Lindsay version as an audio source . Maybe that's the episode you refer to.
