It's a legal requirement that any water we put into the drainage system be clean. Besides the guy who set up the company is an environmentalist! So our wash bays are surrounded by gutters that go into three in-line interceptors. So our waste water is cleaned not once, but thrice! On our new building we are looking at using filtered rainwater and heating it with solar power. I'd say that it's something we are serious about, but we have a lot of fun planning it!
With the Jet Wash of the paint off the surface what is happening with the liquid, because i would think that it is not a good idea for it to go into the drains. surly jet washing into in a tanked off area and then ussing something like sand to soke it up is more preferable. . .
