I'd give it a 7/10 considering the voice really didn't match the chords, and the chords weren't even the original ones that sound a lot better. Few covers ever do sound better than the original one. Decent work overall.

Well done, but I have a few suggestions. You do sing the melody quite well with your own style, which is very good, but try to feel it a little more. The song is very poetic and the words chosen are chosen for a reason "I'm cold as cold as cold can be, be". The "c" makes a very hard sound, and you're voice softens it, which takes away from the real somber meaning of the song.

Still, you have a beautiful voice and played the guitar quite well, keep it up :)
