well i got the ratchet and lank special edition psp and it came with a voucher code i had to get an account on playstation networkand type the code on the back. but how everyone else gets it is also getting an account on ps network and buying and downloading it in network exclusives for about 10$ you can get money by getting ps net cards in walmart thats where i get them

Most good games are actually created by a core team of few people.

Doom, Quake, CounterStrike, etc. Having a small team helps monitor progress much better, and you have to rely on others much less.
