  • You definitely have great form and strength in your pull ups! Good job! I read a trick that helped me increase my reps and that is to simply never count how many you do. Approach the bar with the intent on doing pull ups for 1 full minute and no number of reps in mind. For some crazy reason, if we start out with a number of reps, that's all we get. If we start with a time span, we'll exceed the reps we think is our max. Find a beat on your ipod, only focus on that and have a friend count.

  • you should do your pullups slower and more controlled, like your last rep but a bit faster, its better in the long run, for muscle growth and keeping the muscle always tense, good job tho
