Typical British flouridated tap water isn't good stuff for me man, it makes me feel ill because of the stuff in it.

your immune system is far more powerful that any crap in the water. if you instead choose believe that 'everything you put in your body is good for you' it will be. your beliefs are very powerful and thats why those in power poison the water and then tell everyone about it because they know if people believe it's bad for them it will be. also, believe in the power of your immune system and it will always protect you. something can only hurt you if you believe it can. believe in your power. dave

hmm that's an interesting way to look at it. Even Greg Graffin once wrote (and sang) 'you create your own reality'.

but then again, the old chinese proverb comes to mind:

"A tiger unseen is a tiger that will still eat you."

Personally I like to be logical and realistic about these things. I am of course not renouncing things like visualisation (which works for me on many levels) and other 'external tools' as you said.

accidently removed my last comment; anyway I tried to do EFT by myself, but it took sooo long time and it was hard, Mygenie helped me loads, I recomend everyone that likes EFT to join his website, it has very much content for a low price! It helped me and surley will help you too!
