Also with science you have Scientific Theories (essentially educated guesses that have evidence supporting them) and you cannot prove a theory to be 100% true, they can only be reinforced or disproved with the appropriate evidence relating to them.

I generally agree with you, Dusty, but I feel one important point should be stated. Intelligence is clearly key, but intentions are awfully important, too, when you're talking about leadership. There are plenty of smart but *evil* motherfuckers out there.

I do think that before a person can run for president, or any government position, the person should have to pass an intelligence test.
and being 18 should not be the only qualification for voting. You should have to take a test to show you actually understand the issues

Hey Dusty, you talk over people too much without listening to what they are saying, it makes you unbearable, which is why they left. Smart people tend to be smart in certain areas, and dumb in others, so we should have specialized people governing their specialties, as there is no smart person who will always make the best decision on all topics. You need to explain to your mother what the scientific method(tsm) is, the steps. Saying tv and electricity come from tsm doesn't explain anything.
