I ment to say mucked showing, but I'm not sure if I should add fat toy diet to keep calories high. If I get to 200 lb I'll be happy, it's seems easier to get buff when you have the mass already and not have no mass Like me. 135-145lb

Man I had the same problem that I wasn't seeing results, but the reality is that you usually see results on 3 months when you nearly start lifting weights. After that you begin to see results quicker. But if you only worked out a month it's poissible to feel better and stronger but you won't notice much.
hey sir, what foods should i consume, to burn fat and recovery to muscles. i do alto a cardio lift weighting. and i seam to be getting no results or nothing, i would just have to give up no one supports me i'm on my own... plz sir give me some addviced:)
when losing weight I vote for slow and naturally everytime - during the process you learn how to eat properly and so when you get to your ideal weight you are more than likely going to be able to keep it :)

seriously, these exersizes buil the hell ouy of your legs/core. almost all pro atheletes do these for a reason. they burn it, and explode your performance off the starting line

Hey Darin I've been suffering with Achilles tendinitis for a few months. Like you I really love interval sprints. The great news is that i can perform all of these plyometric exercises without too much aggravation. Thanks once again Darin
Darin, I totally agree with you on this, Plyo is one of the best fat burns especially if you can mix it into your daily workout routine. For your basketball athletes hard game speed shooting drills for 5 mins with small breaks in between will also work!
I have lost close to 20 lbs over the past 9 weeks and I credit a lot of it to these type of Plyo exercises. (and diet)

Can you still do carb cycling (starchy carbs on lifting days, non starchy on off/cardio days) if you are a relatively skinny guy and trying to gain some muscle (but i dont wanna bulk i.e gain fat)....so would it be appropriate to cycle? thanks
@KingRockets Yes. You need to cycle in even more starch carbs than a fat loss client. This is going to be the key for you to gaining 10 lbs. of muscle.

Ive always been athletic so the struggle to get in the gym and lose weight wasted that hard for me once i started seeing big results. I am now 264 pounds. Thats 29 pounds. I think i could be doing a little better but as long as im seeing results in ok.

Im going to start the Fat loss Challenge today. I will work on muscle gain to get a better metabolism. Also,i will work on cardio and eat 5-6 smaller and very healthy meals a day to also help my metabolism and loss weight.
I'm in the same boat as I got down to 212 from 255 doing mostly P90X and adding rollerblading, hiking walking and skiing during the winter, but I've been partying a lot lately and it's difficult as I want to socialize and get out. I've resolved to tighten things up and push to my goal of 190 to 195.

@KingRockets Yes. You need to cycle in even more starch carbs than a fat loss client. This is going to be the key for you to gaining 10 lbs. of muscle.
