They are basicly collecting scrap metal to go and weight it out at the scrap yard ...they are gyipsies like the the title says ,you see them on the side of motorways or at insutrial estates. They live in caravans and travel around to diffrent places around the country .What they do is drive around villages/estates slowly hoping to find any scrap metal that people have left out or are giving away most of them shout any old iron " or play a tune...hope that helped!
