I took a class in qigong a few years ago and the instructor highly recomended massaging one's own face and head, especially the ears. He also used the technique of cupping the palms of his hands and vigorously patting the whole body systematically and repetitively. He thought it help to release toxins in the skin as well as help a person relax. great video!
