if you play distortion style music intonation is not that important. Now play something clean with chords. If the chords sound right your intonation is perfect. If chords waver sharp or flat your intonation is way out of wack. any guitar can sound like what he played. any takers?

Intonation is important no matter what type of music you choose to play. Because if you strike a harmonic it will sound terrible.

do you have any tips on how to adjust the neck bow? I've heard to fret somewhere near the 3rd and the 12th and that if there is about a business card's distance its ok, but I don't know which frets... :/

It depends on the raius. I set compund necks perfectly flat and get no buzz if the frets are truly level. For say a 12" radius, your method sounds OK.

yeah, that should work on a compound (conical) fretboard. a single radius on a neck needs some fudge because the strings are actually not in line with the center of the imaginary cylinder created by the fretting surface. because the distances between strings are not the same at one end as they are at the other they actually have to travel across a curved surface. this is one of the reasons why neck relief even exists.

Actually it is an FBI guitar. If you look closely you will see the letters FBI on the headstock. It is one of my personal guitars. Your confusion certainly proves that selling such a close copy would infringe on the PRS brand.
