Heya sweety hang in there, I am intersex to n they tried to make me a boy at birth. It didnt work n now i am 54, SUCKS. I am disabled from all the testosterone they gave me. I am on my own now and very much female. So at 54 puberty is not fun. I just wish when at age 14 when I had my first period it would have told all those doctors what was really going on. Hugs and kisses ur intersex friend Debbie* Bye,z fer now
Hey -- I'm a woman with Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. So it seems we have some things in common. You're brave for putting yourself out there. Hats off to you! I'm subscribing and look forward to your posts and videos. :)
1/4500 are born intersex. ive learned alot about them. i thnk its wrong for parents/doctors to choose a gender for the child. i know someone who had one and she raising her child as neither. he/she get too chose as she gets older. i think intersex are still people no matter what :) i was born a female but i dont feel like a male or female.. im highly confused O_o haha but yeah, genderless is what i call myself. and i enjoyed your blog. :)
The general statistic now is about 1 in 2000 I believe. And even more astonishing--1 in 100 are born with bodies that differ from the standard we hold for male and female bodies.
Thank you for putting this up!!! Telling the world the truth about many conditions that exist! I hope this encourages the many many others out there in the world! Peace :)
also, your "documentary" will help society's tolerance in gender sexuality and personally i think you are a brave individual and i hope you look forward to the future and live on with a determination
i think it wouldn't really matter what "society" categorizes you as. i mean as long as you know who you are, that is all that matters. Afterall society doesn't determine whether you're going to live happily due to your gender. all gender is, is nurture. what matters most is that you as an individual, is happy about who you are...
Bless you and good strength to you! Thanks for being so honest and personal. You are getting the word out there as information to people! That way opening up understanding of the diversity to life and humans!
I wondered how someone with a Swyer syndrome looks like and I must admit - you are not only charming, but look good as well. So have a good time with your puberty!
You rock...thank you for sharing this aspect of your life with others. Please check out a couple of my videos online, which while not related directly to IS issues, is certainly supportive of those for whom gender identity and physical anatomy are not always something that can be taken for granted.
i admire your hard work i have klindelfeters syndrome and i feel in part related with you becouse i always have to take tablets and a testosterone treathment sry for my bad english
You go girlA Well done. I have XY chromosomes too, I have CAIS, a related condition. Like you, noone would know except until I tell them. I admire your openness. Stay happy x
I vaguely remember puberty, but what I do remember is pretty horrible. I look forward to hearing how an adult mind copes with the process of puberty. All the best, cheers.

Nobody has ever told me I do... but really, my ability to throw is the least of my concerns.
