Loved the music and the photo blend. I haven't seen the movie, but Lord willing I will when it comes round to me. I moved to the hills for the feeling this video invokes. It aint the same as I remember. Somehow it's all gone. But this feeling remains and this video accompanies it well. Thanks for that.
They probably cut me out of any footage, but I was in the movie as an extra. My husband is from Florida, but he wouldn't let me have the truck early, so I could never get there early enough to be a bona fide extra, but someone let me in late. I wrote Murder On The Silver Comet Trail. I got to hear Bill Murray hum. I looked like Tatum O'Neal with a beige beret/beanie.
I saw this film's world premiere last night in Toronto. It is a wonderful film. If Duvall doesn't win an Oscar for this performance there is something very wrong in American cinema. I hope the movie gets the distribution it richly deserves. This clip is a lovely tribute to it.
Thanks for the kind words! Everything I hear sounds really positive about the film. I would be shocked if it does not get the distribution. I hope that I was able to capture some of the essence of the film in this little clip - my whole time there; I couldn't help but feel that I was a small part of something that would end up very special.
Hey I remember you! ....no, wait .....that was....or maybe,...... er. ........Brutal and fun are great way to describe the day, If I could have taken my feet off I would have , they hurt so bad. - I would still do it all over again!
Some Jackass had already taken the role of the Donkey, I was heartbroken!
I actually had several backstories throughout the day: The Mayor, Uncle Fred, Sonny Boy, Clark - the Haberdasher, and "The Tennga Kid" (wanted in 4 states for a string of grist mill holdups - let me tell ya, not very profitable)

This was one of the most fun movies I have ever worked on. It was a great day - despite the 4:00 a.m. call time.

I was there too! I was the guy dressed in black ;)
What a long, brutal and fun day. My back and feet hurt for two days.
BTW, great job on the video.

Well if you don't move, I would say that it should be in your local theater by December.

I read about this movie. You mean you're not playing the donkey!?
But seriously, how exciting! You looked very funeral-y. Did you make up a backstory and play your character? :)
