@majoblue2 Old post is old, but the reason why the dragon was name Murphy instead of Maleficent is because the old dragon had so many technical inssues you would be lucky to see it just once even. Murphy= Murphy's Law, what could go wrong can go wrong and just about everything went wrong with the first dragon

The water screens with the image of the dragon are always used, even when the physical dragon appears. :-)

I was so freaking excited!!! I waited all summer for her! Then to see her debut?!?! It was great!!! I was sitting with a bunch of Disney cast members too. Then when I went back that Thursday and she breathed fire?!?! I just about died! The most exciting night of my life!

I was thrilled to be at this debut performance! We went to Disneyland for my birthday (8/31) and were going to go see Fantasmic! that night...but I AM SO GLAD WE WAITED! I had heard they had been having problems with Murphy, and I was hoping to see him, and it was just blind luck that we got to see it THAT NIGHT! Best birthday week ever!!! :D!!!

umm it depends cuz u might if u hurry ove to NOS (new orleans square) then u might be able to get a good standing spot

@vidrum2 You can get reserved seating AND dinner. You can get this through Disney. It's not that expensive and it really helps so you don't have to wait hours before to get a spot. :)

I love the tounge and how it curls towards mickey! I was hoping that there would be more fluidity of the full body like in the "dragon dreams ad" and that the wings would flap more, but i mSO GLAD IT CAME OUT!
