Morally and ethically it's wrong. But what's moral or ethical about war? If you're asking a soldier to kill and maim, is peeing on a lifeless body somehow worse? We concern ourselves with the feelings of cadavers, yet have little thought for the loss of life.
Other than that, my main concern is how this will be used as a very effective propaganda tool for the enemy.
