i have help people before with advice on improve their lives, so i'm qualified to know good ways to make her happy. the best way for this woman to look younger is by keeping company with younger people at discos and at parks later in the night, but when its still light outside. then she could wearing fashionable short skirts and high heels with nice tights. many people might not know this, but she could also smoke more to get thinner, but if her teeth get yellow, then just not smile or talk.

smoking CAN make you thinner, but you should give up maximum of 5 weeks before the baby is born when pregnant, because it will smell the smoke molecules on the mother when born and have a 50% chance of being a smoker too later in life, which is an unacceptable risk. but maybe see shouldn't get pregnant if she wants to be younger, because pregnancy causes aging in women and makes them depressed, also speeding up the menopause, which is dangerous for future generations.
