This truck/helicopter is a real Hollywood thing. As you can see in the intro, the truck part is seperate from the trailer. Yet when in transformation, the trailer and truck is one piece. And the helicopter sits inside. I just love those tv realities. Too bad, I haven't heard of this show, for a long time.

Found out about this through reading Glen Larson's wiki. I remember this show with the semi / helicopter that could turn invisible, I kept getting this confused with Airwolf, lol... It looked alot cooler in my memories as a six year old in 87.

actually kasper they kinda do. the truck used here is used in europe. it is a real fully functional rig (no helicopter or car sorry).

I believe the truck in Europe that you're referring to would be one of the Colani trucks, which do look similar.

Last I saw, the truck used in this series is still in the USA - I've seen it in person in Denver. You are right though, it doesn't have any helicopter inside or anything.

Let me be the first to comment. An awesome series for sure. Wish it had gone for long, appeared better than Knight Rider even though its same creator.
