  • Wow! Excellent rhythmic pulse and full fat sound: you could effortlessly sing jazz or pop music!

    Video quality doesn't do justice to the low frequencies of basses and baritones.

    Since both tense and relaxed performances of this song can be heard on Youtube, is it possible to know what Sisask wrote at the beginning of the score (agogic/metronomic definitions)?

  • @OrbiliusMagister The eighth note is marked at 152 in the beginning (The meter switches between 6-8 and 9-8 mostly). When the guys have the "Sanctus" at 1:31 the half note is marked as 84.

  • a dynamic and spirited rendition. Good accuracy and concord once it got underway. I am quite taken with this piece, and more from Mr Sisask. Your realization is admirable.
